Full Time, Monday-Friday
Negotiable Salary, Starting $40,000+
Description:
5+ years residential construction experience required (Degree in Engineering,
Construction Management, or similar field a plus)
Drug/alcohol screen required
Own transportation, clean driving record required (with travel to various job sites daily,
gas allowance is provided)
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
Ability to work in all weather
Workers must be punctual and reliable
Able to read blueprints
Work well with people and subcontractors
Supervisory experience
Bobcat experience a plus
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for monitoring construction projects for their
entire lifecycle. Also responsible for ensuring all safety, quality, and health standards are met.
Will work directly with sub-contractors and crews to ensure construction tasks are completed
on time and collaborate with Construction Foreman to ensure all is running smoothly on the
construction site. Must have extensive construction experience and have the ability to take the
initiative as needed during the construction project. Be resourceful and able to think
analytically when faced with a problem.
