    We are looking for dishwashers to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around the restaurant.
    Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
    Time management skills
    Attention to detail and sanitation rules
    Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, evenings, and holidays
    Load and unload dishwashing machine
    Wash specific items by hand
    Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
    Set up workstation before meal prep begins
    Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils
    Maintain cleaning supplies stock (detergents)
    Check washing machine's operation and promptly report and technical/performance issues
    Clean dishwashing machine
    Remove garbage regularly
    Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
     We are looking for Host/Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guest.  Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting guests to the dining and bar areas.  For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.  You should be available to work in shifts.
    Welcome guest to the venue
    Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list
    manage reservations
    Escort customers to assigned dining area
    Provide menus and announce Server's name
    Greet guest upon their departure
    Coordinate with servers about available seating options
    Maintain a clean reception area
    Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)
    answer incoming calls and address customers' questions
    Take to go orders
    Assists wait staff as needed
    We are looking for Server Assistants that will remove the dirty glassware, silverware, and plates after use by guests.  Everything else left on the table by the guests must also be removed. After doing this, you will have to rearrange the table in conformity with the in-house standards of the restaurant, by replacing linens, setting up plates, glasses, and utensils.

     We are looking for professional Line Cooks to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for the menu.  Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with their daily tasks.
    Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook
    Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
    Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
    Sep up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
    Prep food for service
    Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
    Answer, report and follow Executive Chef's instructions
    Keep station clean
    Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and timely fashion
    Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
    Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guest
