The Washington-Wilkes Arts Foundation presents an unforgettable weekend in one of Georgia’s most charming and historic communities.Invited artists representing  original art in media ranging from Painting to Photography, Ceramics to Sculpture, Fine to Folk Art will be on the Town Square Green.The Arts Festival, will be held  November 5, 6, and 7 in one of the largest and oldest National Historic Districts in Georgia. Pearl Fryar, legendary topiary artist, is our honored guest artist for 2010.. Don’t miss the chance to interact with one of the most amazing artist from the South.
