About Us

Washington Wilkes Country Club is a small, private golf club. We are proud of our historic Donald Ross course and design. While golf is generally limited to club members, RV Park guests are welcome to play our course. Guest rates are $30.00 per golfer on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, inclusive of a golf cart and $25.00 per round Monday through Thursday. The pro shop is generally open and staffed on the weekends.

WWCC celebrated 100 years by hosting the Centennial Hickory Challenge Golf Tournament on July 3,2025. Tommy Wells was the Tournament Champion. Tournament Director Hugh Hopkins encouraged golfers to dress in 1920s attire, and Ross Snellings and the Augusta Bon-Air Hickory Golfers shared 100 year old clubs!
