THE VOTES ARE IN AND YOU HAVE SPOKEN!

Now it?s time to celebrate the Best of Wilkes County!  Come join the fun at the Washington-Wilkes Chamber of Commerce Community Awards Banquet.
 
We?ve kept the entertainment a secret?and can?t hide it any more? you loved them when they took the stage at Freedom Fireworks and now they are coming back just for you.  Wilkes County?s very own J. B. Hopkins and Stephen Blackburn, along with fellow PUZZLETRUCK bandmate Rick Reese are your 2020 Banquet entertainment!  They are performing an ?unplugged?  version of their new album Cake For The Ghost and J.B.?s latest song ?The Orchard?.  Here?s the exciting part...both the album and the new song are about their growing up in Washington.  As if that was not enough, J.B. and Stephen are also bringing the talented Jennie Caryn to perform a few songs.
 
What a treat and how appropriate to have two of our own return to celebrate the best of Wilkes County:  Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, Civic Organization of the Year,  Volunteer of the Year and Citizen of the Year.
 
The festivities will begin at 6:30 pm with a beer and wine social followed by dinner and Awards Presentations at 7 pm.   Reserved Tables may register online (Click Register Now button above) or at The Chamber.  Individual tickets are $40 or two for $60 and can be purchased at The Chamber.
