The parade will form at Fort Washington Park (behind the courthouse)

Included in the parade are walkers, bicycles, strollers, wagons and well behaved pets
The program will feature the reading of a portion of the Declaration of Independence, singing of the National Anthem, a prayer and the pledge to the flag
