You are invited to the 5th Anniversary Celebration Program of the Cherry Grove Schoolhouse's placement on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C.

Featured Speaker: Mr. Barrett Hanson, President of the Friends of Cherry Grove Schoolhouse, Inc. 

The Cherry Grove Schoolhouse is a rare surviving example of an early 20th-century rural African American school building in Georgia. Join us to celebrate the preservation of the historical and cultural legacy of the Cherry Grove Schoolhouse, which will be open to tour.
