Description
The East Central Georgia Medical Innovative readiness training clinics will provide free health screenings, no cost eye exams, no cost single vision lens glasses, sports physicals, dental works to include fillings, extractions, and limited cleanings, ALL at NO COST!
No one will be turned away regardless of income. No proof of insurance or identification is needed. This event is hosted by the U.S. Department of Defense as part of their Innovative Readiness Training. There will be licensed physicians on-site doing Eye Exams, Dental Exams, and Health Checks....for FREE! Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to get your check-ups at no out of pockets costs!
