Fireplace and Chimney Technician
Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our energetic team. This role offers an
exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer service excellence,
delivering top-tier fireplace and chimney solutions while promoting safety and
satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain fireplaces, chimneys, and related mechanical
systems with precision and care.
Conduct thorough inspections of chimneys, fireplaces, and ventilation systems
using schematics and technical manuals.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system functions,
maintenance needs, and safety procedures clearly.
Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and materials to job
sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist in sales consultations by assessing customer needs and recommending
appropriate fireplace or chimney products and services.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports for
each job.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical
information clearly.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating company
vehicles required.
Strong mechanical aptitude combined with leadership qualities to guide team
members when needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
